Dakota Design Company opened for business in 1996. Since our inception, one of our goals has been to take the mystery out of building a home. Our processes have been built so that we can ensure our clients are able to enjoy the experience. We provide home designs from the ground up. This ensures that your new home will have design continuity throughout. Our highly trained and creative designers perform all of the design and construction documentation work. Because of each home's uniqueness, each design requires months of thoughtful designing and detailing prior to a contractor driving the first nail. All of our homes are carefully planned and meticulously detailed using CADD (computer aided design and drafting), which results in extraordinary precision. The thought we give your new home before the construction begins ensures that every facet of your home is thoroughly understood.
